****** trying to benefit from a global pandemic

now, I was supposed to take the car back on the 6th of April but lockdown was in effect (side note I actually drove there on the 6th and they were definitely closed) I even went on their website which has error message 'temporarily closed' and only mentions bookings First contact contact they made with me was on the 22nd of April and the lady literally threatened me as if I had refused to return the vehicle. And now they are charging me due to "GLOBAL PANDEMIC" which I have no control over
