It is ******** how customers are ****med out of fuel and related expenses, and from the amount of complaints on here, it seems it is a profitable ****. I am considering reporting the matter to the SAPS as I did refill the vehicle (Polo Vivo) 8,73l for the 193km travelled. I drove approximately 10km to the airport where the car was handed over. Unless the Vivo's have become the worlds heaviest fuel guzzlers I think it is patently clear that this is ******** behavious if they then deduct oney for another 9,98l on top of that. Where did they put the fuel if the tank was already full, never-mind the ridiculous fee for filling up the car that was already done. It is patently clear that they **** everyone like this...THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I WILL BE USING THEM!
