CREDIT CARD *****

<p>Rented a car from Avis (Cape Town CBD) branch - on the 04th November during which they take R 5818.95 as an authorisation hold (have telephoned them numerous occasions but a week later still waiting for it to be 'released' off my credit card and then this evening a futher R3830.00 is charged to my credit card for the same vehicle that the original booking would only cost R 1558 for the car hire.</p> <p>Have telephoned their customer care number numerous times and each time I am assured it was an error and would be corrected (i.e. released) within 48 hours.<br />Seems every 48 hrs they charge my card again and again!!!<br />This is credit card *****!!!</p>
