we are so disappointed in the service that we have experienced. we hired a car recently and we have been calling for a refund and all we are getting is stories from avis. Thato called again this morning now he was told that they are waiting for the bank to respond. we really need this money as we have an emergency that we need to cover. please resolve this and deposit the refund. we have never experience such delays before this is our first and hopefully the last time we are hiring from you guys
