Courtesy car still not delivered after 2 hours!
My mother has been waiting for almost 2 hours for her courtesy car to be delivered at work. The agreed on time was 1pm. She's now stuck at work waiting and you're not even communicating with her. Why should she be inconvenienced because of your incompetence? Fix this!
