Courtesy car

On the 13th of September 2021 I fetch a vehicle from Avis in Kimberley to use as a courtesy car while my car went into the panelbeaters no one came with me to inspect the car. On the 13th of October 2021 I returned the vehicle and no inspection was done again in the car a hour later after I dropped the car I got called about a fault on the car. I am very disappointed in the service I received . I have still not received my deposit back and then more money was deducted from my account without my permission.
