Costs on hire car invoices

I rented a car late last year in cape town promised an invoice via email none sent when i got charge on credit card i queried total was than sent an invoice. Included was a charge for damage and toll fees i quried this was told it was for a scratch and toll fees. There was a scratch when i got car and this was pointed out and assured that it would be recorded obviosly my mistake not to make sure this wad done on the toll fees they sent me a list of tolls recorded by tag on car although there are no gantry tolls in cape town query ignored no response to my email. Users to be aware of these type of charges and issues when hiring cars.
