******* Avis - adding extra fuel charges , after self refuel

We rented a car for the day in CPT (a VW van - 7 seater) Refueling the car at the airport before returning it

They charged us AGAIN for refueling!!! For a big company that has no one responding or rectifying the quote . They are running an ********* business *****ing from people

The first man i spoke to said he would get back to me and he never did

We will definitely not be hiring any vehicles in the future from them nor will we encourage others to do so
