Constant delays

<p>I had a mini lease agreement with Avis for almost 2 years. I now require the receipts for July, August, September, October and November of 2015 for tax purposes, however, I still have yet to receive them. I have been requesting them for the past 3 months and I keep getting told they will be given to me. They gave me some and told me they cannot retrieve the rest from their system. I am sick and tired of waiting. This is ridiculous. There must be some way to retrieve them. I refuse to accept that they simply cannot. I need them urgently. <br /><br />I was meant to receive them on a monthly basis, but Avis failed to provide them and now it has resukted in this. I am very angry at the service and excuses that I am receiving. I require something in writing from Avis that i can submit to SARS for auditing purposes because it is the responsiblity of the company to keep records if not, then Avis is required to send a monthy receipt to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am really running out of patience.</p>
