Complaint/Refund

I have an issue with the service experienced and a concern with the rental I had. I am being charge for insurance on my deposit that was confirmed that my insurance covers the Tyre and Windscreen Insurance added to my bill. I confirmed with the Lady at the AVIS Soweto Rentals If My insurances covers that cost and she proceeded to confirm that my insurance covers tyre and windscreen insurance and I do not. I then signed the contract agreement. I logged a complaint with the gentlement on 4/5/2021 at the Soweto AVIS Branch to no feedback given regarding my query and concern. An amount of R567 +- that has been deducted from my deposit. I would like my funds refunded as the information given to me was incorrect and now I am suppose to cover a cost at which the information was given was false. I was incorrectly guided to sign up for something under false intention. If this is a way to make clients pay for things, by giving misleading information then by all means let it not be on my account. I would like my funds Refunded as I was to believe that my insurance covers that and not myself.
