Complaint about delayed refund

I HAD MY INSURANCE RENT A CAR WITH AVIS IN VRYBURG NORTHWEST,FOR WHICH IPAID A R2k deposit , returned the car on the 7th of September, to this day i have not recieved the deposit back and it has been well over a month. Everytime I call Vryburg they say,It will reflect in 72 hours but it never does! I have been trying to get assistance without any progress.

Thank you for reaching out, I did not end up sending it because that was when I had spoken to the Avis in Vryburg again and they had assured me that they had finilized everything. 

The rental agreement number is ***.
