Complain -delay of the refund
It’s been over 4 months going back and forth for my refund and still nothing on my account…the worst experience ever. No more will I ever use Avis

Please confirm the amount you referring to? as the R2250, was held on your account Thereafter R2110.00 you was billed to you for your rental. You then disputed this with your bank and the charge was reversed.
You may send through any documentation you have indicating the refund is due to you.

30 Jan 2025, 14:20I’ve sent several emails with bank statements showing that both amounts were released and paid into your account. The last response I got from Thabiso was that it was sent to Finance department to refund me the R2250
