Complain

Avis Wonderboom airport. I dropped a car April 13th then we checked the car with with one of the staff member everything was fine. The staff member confirm it and he says I can leave. The following day Saturday 14, I received a call from telling me that the car is having a scratch on the front bumper and I have to pay it. I totally disagree with them because we checked it together and there was nothing wrong. They debit R3 516.44 on my account. The branch manager is taking the side of his employees.
