**** Company!...best to go to Europcar for car rentals

Made a booking online..rented a car..I phoned them asked if they can please drop it off..as I wasn't able to collect the vehicle..4 o'clock was to late for them to do deliveries..tried to let someone take me to the branch with no success..I phoned them and asked to please cancel the booking...so this Lady apparently never cancelled the booking..I was told that the refund will take place..few days later still haven't received anything back..waisted 200 mins airtime getting transferred between agents the whole time..they have also listened back to the calls made ..said okay it's their fault they will give back the Penalty fee...week later I'm still waiting..emailed numerous of times as I have not been able to reach out to the via calls..cuZz they've waisted my airtime ..I have Not received a SINGLE email back..
