Avis is purposefully committing *****. I rented a car on the 30th August 2021 and returned on 3rd September 2021.
An initial payment of R840.01 was made, then they said I need to pay another R2500 holding fee. And yet again another R5000 holding fee!!
Of the R2500 holding fee, R580.99 was due.
To date, 12 October 2021, the R5000 holding fee has not been refunded. How much interested are you planning on earning, on my money??
