Charging a fee for a fine

just been charged R280 for a traffic fine that i am still to receive and cannot believe they are allowed to do this considering no one informs you when booking a vehicle that you will be billed a fee and then still be expected to pay the fine on top of that. money for free and typical of a company taking their customers for a ride. they have made R280 but have lost any future bookings from a client, hope they go bankrupt
