Charged me R1000 for a 2mm Chip in the windscreen
Do not use AVIS, i paid R2300 for a deposit for renting their car while my car was in for repairs, i Drove their car for 3 weeks and had no issues, except for a very, VERY small chip in the windscreen the last day, which i am aware of and mentioned when i returend the car, AVIS charged me R1000 for 1x small 2mm Chip in the windscreen which is absolutely ridiculous.... i will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone.

01 Oct 2024, 11:07they have not yet reversed the R2300 Deposit i paid but deducted a R1000 for the chip in the windscreen? this is really ridiculous and Appalling service not even discussing anything with me but just debiting me.
