Charged for no service
Sad indeed...Ref No *** Avis charged me for logging on the avis website an amount R500 on the April 2022 claiming i booked a car in January 2022. I'm so disappointed all together...pls give my money back

A non-cancellation fee is charged for creating a booking and not cancelling it. If you were getting a quotation the system would not create a booking however when a booking is confirmed, a confirmation number is provided.
