Late December 2018 I booked a rental car from Avis Polokwane, as usual they took my bank card details. When I got there for a pickup I was told I can't get a car because my card is not old enough, so they cancelled the booking without telling me anything. The most next thing they deduct money from my account, I disputed that and the branch manager said they will give the money back in 7 to 14 days. To this date I'm still waiting for my money but nothing. This makes me not want to use Avis ever again because it's not the first time my money is taken by avis.
