C****at empty promises

Highly disappointed with Avis car hire. Promised us over the phone that we can arrange additionally for a car seat once we get to King Shaka. Ledt our car seat in Johannesburg, to get to Avis King Shaka and told we cannot add a c****at. So here we are with a 20month old, without a c****at. Luckily Firstcar assisted us speedily. Money lost for us, but we had no other option.
