Case generated - no further communication!!

We hired a car at Avis OR Tambo at the end of March and our credit card was debited on the 8th April. Fair enough but.....a further charge went thru on the 20th and 25th April. We queried this and got a case number SU7zs9 with a promise that it would be sorted out ASAP. NO response from Avis.
