Carte Blanche on your Credit Card

I am very concerned with the practise of deducting amounts off clients credit cards without consultation or even notification. I have been billed for a full tank of petrol when I filled the car up less than a hundred kilometres away from the drop off point at King Shaka Airport. This malpractice has been in the press this year, no wonder. I have logged a call for a enquiry and await a response which apparently can be expected in three days. I am sure this policy must go against the National Consumer Act and will report this practise.There has to be a fairer and more transparent method of concluding the hand over of a rental car.
