card ***** by Avis

I have been a victim of card ***** by Avis staff. I tried renting a car from Avis Jhb the downtown branch on the 27/12/2017 but they were unable to assist me. On the 29/12/2017 Avis Rent a car debited R399 from my car without any authorization. I just saw the sms notification from my bank
