Car was collected 20 days ago, no communication or deposit received

I returned the vehicle on the 31st of March 2021 (A driver came to collect at the panel beater in which my vehicle was being repaired) I keep receiving sms's that I have to return the vehicle and I am still awaiting my deposit.

I have been trying to get through for over a week and the phone just rings. I am currently on the line holding for over 11mins
