Car rental refund
On the 4 September 2017. I returned my rental car to avis/budget in caper town international. The advised my refund will reflect my Wednesday 6 Sep. I call them yesterday 7 September and they advised that they have sent a request to the bank and it will take 24 hours. I call again as no refund cleared... the call center agent now tells me the refund will be done in 3 day..... truly unsatisfactory service. They debit to u immediately however that came process a refund the same way.

08 Sept 2017, 13:21Tried calling budget now and 2 ladies by the name lerato is so unfriendly and not helpful. Customer services sucks. Will not recommend there service again
