Car Rental Industry Cheats
AvisBudget Southern Africa Avis Car Rental are cheats, ***** money from their clients and pull the wool over their clients eyes.
In booking and signing a contract in good faith would you assume from the attached that you are covered on damages?
Apparently not!
I had a little "ding" with the car and they charged me full costs of damages making excuses that I was not covered.
I would beg to differ as per the screenshots of my contract email and booking but they have ducked and dived for a few months now and refuse to just charge me a reasonable excess I am willing to pay.
R32 000 for a scratch is what came off my account!
Find another providers please friends - and please share this information.
They cannot be trusted!
