Car rental deposit not paid back
I rented a for 3 days on 19 February 2018 for 3 days- I returned it on 21 February 2018. I have not received my deposit today (12 March 2018) and I was told it will take up to 10 working days to receive a deposit(10 days from the returning of the car date). I called their customer line today and I was told it will be escalated after 48 hours if I still not paid back.

20 Mar 2018, 12:49Avis told me that it has instructed my bank (FNB) to make the funds available in my bank account, when I contacted my bank, the bank informed me that the money is still pending and Avis has not instructed the bank to release the money. I called Avis back, Avis said they will instruct the bank. I am still waiting for my money, this is really frustrating, to say the least. Please note that this almost a month later that I have waiting for this money
