Car rental delay

Car was booked for collection on 12-12-2018 @ 3pm. Arrived here at 15h26. Now its 16h27 and my vehicle still hasn't arrived. Was told that car was not delivered and they are waiting for drivers on pta west to collect the car. No sense of apology or regret from Avis hatfield. They never offered to deliver the car since its their fault that car wasnt here at 3pm at agreed. Poor customer service!!! Will never use them again and take my business to competitors. So discouraged and still no car...
