Car rental

I will like to complain about bad service I received at Avis Rustenburg today,as I'm speaking I don't know where I will sleep because Avis Rustenburg refused to help me. I came there around 4 afternoon only to find I forget my licence I told them I need someone to come and fetch me to collect my license,I asked them to wait for me I'm coming back,only to find they are closed already, I tried to call after hours they then called them but they refused to come and help me,as I'm speaking I'm still by their gate no where to go.Avis Busget Rustenburg they don't care about people,they called the guy called Bennie who was very rude towards me.
