Car hire

I have a serious complaint with Avis Van Rental. I hired a a Ford ranger 4x4 on 23rd December 2021 at Thohoyandou Venda I was assisted by Calvin Mmmola around 11:45 I returned a car at Avis in SANDTON as arranged around past 11.

Issues: 1. They charged me extra money with wrong return time. 2. They deducted money R30 000 and R21115.06 I called the branch manager still they fail to return my money back. made a conference call between Avis Van and FNB. FNB asked them why are they deducting money ********ly from the client’s account, they couldn’t answer.
