Car Hire

<p>Good day, I had an accident with my car. I had to take it for repairs, I am with Miway insurance. I got a courtesy car from Avis for 15 days. My deposit was R1300 and was told that it will be refunded and I will only be charged for e-tolls costs. Upon returning the car, Avis claimed that the car had a cratch on front bumper. The time I had the car I parked on reverse, at work and at home and there wee scraches on the car when we reviewed it before I took it. Avis never returned my money. I lodged a complain on the 2 June 2016 Reference 16/186102. They never responded until today.</p> <p> </p>
