Call Center / OT Tambo Branch

I have tried to resolve an error made by OR Tambo branch for some time. This error has resulted in monies amounting to R10,000 being taken out of my current account by Avis. Today I made at least 8 phone calls to their call center and branch, totaling well over 1 hour. I have been cut-off by the person I'm speaking to each time while I'm on hold or being transferred. The numbers called are ***, ***, ***, ***. Never had a problem with Europcar before.
