Broken Windscreen
We rented a VW Polo for a couple of days in January, and during this time the windscreen, unfortunately, started cracking. We were aware that we would be charged to replace the windscreen as we didn't take the additional cover - fair. But what is not fair is charging us over R8000 to replace the windscreen, whereas I know it should cost around circa R3000. On the 28th of January 2022 I queried this and as of today, the 4th of February 2022, I am still waiting for justification on the major overcharge.
