Book a car weeks in advance but no car available

<p>I Booked a car for a holiday in Germany intending to collect at Frankfert Airport. After waiting an hour in a queue, I was told that there was no cars available despite having booked and paid weeks in advance. The staff were completely unappologetic and said I was welcome to go elsewhere. After two hours, I finally got a car after making a lot of noise and refusing to just walk away. Crazy thing is when I picked the car up in the ba*****t, there were several cars there in the Avis garage, I suspect being held back for "Preferred" clients. So if you want a decent start to your holiday, I would not consider Avis for car hire.</p>
