billing of car rental

I have rented a car under this ref no E ********** 00 on the 15 September 2017 and returned it on the 19th September 2017, on the day we took the car we did inspection with some lady there and the car had lots of scratches that we included on the forms and now when we returned the car the inspection was done by Clayton which he checked the car and he didn't say anything to us we even gave him back the inspection form, he gave us some paper to sign saying its a proof that we returned the car, the next thing I receive an sms that they took my money for damage that I made on the car and I signed the accident report which we didn't know, we were told it was just a proof to show that we returned the car, now I'm being charged for something I don't know about
