Billing and bad service

I recently complained about Avis Car rental who is doing debits from my bank account once again they have debited R1 262.

Instead of Avis paying back my Refund of R3 810 that i paid when i took the car they are taking from me.

Car was arranged by discovery insurance all i had to pay was a deposit they are aware of funds being covered by discovery but they are debiting from me they took money from my account when i still had the car with me contract still being active.

I am disgusted by Avis.

When i called bloem city avis on friday the 9 february 2018 johan jonker said he will call me back i called again on the15february the following week and he said he will called the following day same time i called until today the 18 february he hasnt called.
