Billed for damages I did not incur!! No pre inspection!

We hired a vehicle to travel one way from PE to Jnb. When we went to fetch the vehicle from PE airport they said that they mistakenly sent the vehicle away and that I needed to wait for another to arrive. After some time I was given the keys and told ti fetch it from the parking, no pre inspection was done. Upon checking the vehicle once home I noticed the plastic flap closing the jack housing doesn’t securely sit in place but thought nothing of it, assuming it was noted on the system. After driving to Jnb and dropping the car off I mentioned this to the guy receiving the vehicle and he said that that damage was caused by me alongside another scratch on the side which I also did not damage. Without hesitation the deposit was taken off my reservation and no one is answering my query mails. I as m appalled by this service and I will never use them again. Beware, they are ripping people off
