Biggest ****s! Don't use their cars.

My husband hired a car @Avis George Airport, when he got to the airport he was offered a Toyota Avanza of which he rejected. He was then given a Polo TSI, an inspection was not done. He took pictures of the car as there was a dent, to cover himself. When he returned the car on the 27th Aug 2021, they didn't do an inspection of the car still. Next thing my husband receives a call from Avis saying the car has dents and scratches. He sent them proof of the dent that was there and they still refusing to acknowledge it. Instead of refunding him the R3000 deposit they debited an additional R3303.30 from his account without his approval. Today he only received R3500 and they refusing to pay the remaining amount. I should've checked the reviews before booking this car, I've never experienced such nonsense with Thrifty. Avis is a big ****. He also complained of the bad treatment he received from the staff at Avis George. You have no shame sies!!!!
