Beyond Great service, thanks Gazu, THANKS AVIS!

I would like to pass my uttermost satisfaction with the service I received during my drop off at King Shaka international Airport today 01/05/2019. I was assisted by a guy called GAZU. I'm lost for words on the level of approach and spirit of assistance he showed me. It’s one that makes me as a customer give referrals with pride. He even went over and above his line of duty to carry my bags for me, until check-in point as I was travelling with my son and I had few bags to carry. I tried to offer him a tip of which he declined taking and said with a smile, “a simple thank you will be enough” and he's glad he could help. Wow! I was left speechless and smiling because it is very rare to get such service. So thank you Avis for standing beyond what is right. Your service level is greatly appreciated and noted. It will forever stay in the heart. I’m happy to be your client.
