BEWARE! Incompetence! *******! DON'T IGNORE THIS REVIEW

Firstly, let me start off by saying that I am totally shocked with the amount of reviews that have been posted on the Hello Peter website about Avis and the general topic is that of the same as my experience with them! All I can say is, beware of their staff incompetence! I believe that I have been blatantly ****** of my deposit due to the fact that they are now billing me for a damaged part on the vehicle (under ) that was never checked initially! Their processes and paperwork allow for so many loopholes after kindly requesting for photo evidence literally two working days after the vehicle had been collected their response was, and I state " I cannot provide you with a before pictures nor can I provide you with pictures of the damage as this is not done. The vehicle is now repaired, the pictures we take now will not be of any benefit to us at this point" . Wow! I truly believe that I have been ******! I will share my experience with all my friends, work colleagues and all social media platforms. I will be amazed if they actually respond to this review as I have noticed that there are no replies on their behalf to the other unhappy clients. obviously client retention means nothing to them. BEWARE!
