BEWARE HIDDEN FEES

On average I make use of Avis twice a month. I am a Preffered customer. I always take out Tyre damage waiver insurance. With my last rental I informed the attendant when returning the car that I had scratched the front left hubcap. When receiving my invoice I was charged R242.10 for this damage. A scratch of not more than 3 centimeters! When querying this I was informed that it was a admin fee? <br> <br> Now my question is: Was this hubcap replaced as nine out of ten rentals I receive a car with scratched hubcaps? Not to talk about scratches, small dents to the body of the car!<br> <br> Is this easy money for Avis?
