Best service ever

I got the best service from Innocentia at the Isando branch. I lost my keys and I called requesting for the car to be collected and replaced with another one because I could not drive it without a key. The initial person who took my request never called me back but Innocentia called me and made sure that she takes ownership of my case. She was awesome and for someone who works with customers, I would say she is the best, and Avis is lucky to have someone like her. If I could ***** her for my own organization I would.
