I returned my vehicle to Avis ORTambo. The inspection by the Avis staff member was passed only to be notified later of a scratch on the wheel cap. I had the car for a day and had no incidents. Avis claimed R2,200 from my c/card. Avis can’t be trusted as even a clear inspection in terms of their own processes didn’t prevent them from false acquisitions of damage afterwards. This is not an ethical company at all.
