Been in the queue for 2 hours

Been in the queue at your cape town airport branch for two hours and still no where near the front. Its rediculous! <br> <br> I am here to work, time is money and this is just a joke! Our company will ensure to never use Avis again. <br> <br> What is the point of booking online if u still have to queue this long for a vehicle? I'll be lucky to get out of here by the end of the day at this rate.<br> <br> Disgusted in this service, you would never get this service level internationally.
