Badly inefficient

I am appalled at the way the drivers are treated in this company. I requested an avis car to be dropped off at my house the driver arrived at the time agreed for the drop off. He subsequently waited to be picked up by the company for over 2 hours. I personally called *** and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was informed that none of them were there which I do not believe. They say he will be picked up just now and 2 and a half hours later he is still waiting and then I am unable to get hold of any kind of management. I put this down to total inefficiencies of the staff handling the pick up and decent communication.

Where is the professionalism obviously there is none. In my opinion whomever is handling this has no clue what they are doing. I refuse to name the driver for fear of reprisal.

He is not complaining at all. I am complaining because I think that this is ridiculous. Is management aware of what is actually happening

Get someone who knows what they are doing and who does not lie.
