Bad service with lack of communication

My insurance organised a rental for me with Avis Nelspruit and was charged R1500 or deposit. Unfortunately due to the heavy rain there was a minor scratch below the front bumper of which admitted fault and was charged the deposit plus R606 ( a total of R2100 or the damage) on top for administration vat included that was February the 5th. I have been in contact with Zweli From Avis Nelspruit and asked him for an invoice to be sent on my email for future records but till today no email have been sent to me. To my surprise, today again I am billed the same amount of R2100 by Avis for what I don’t know. AVIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
