Bad service ftom Avis Centurion

Guys I am frustrated. Using a rental that's due for service. Lights on. The car is making noises to me that's its due. I have told Nelphy who's the branch manager on Tues. To this day no one is calling to at least give me an update. If they battling to get the GP car i asked for they must say. I work with clients myself n take offence of **** service. This branch is not organised. I am driving a car where checklist was not even done n i bet no one will hold me responsible for any existing damages on this car. Can someone higher from Avis who understand customer service get me a car. My life is at stake here. Brakes are making huge noise even the clutch plate
