Bad service from bloemfontein airport branch

I've got a vehicle that vw .s.a rented for me to go to port elizabeth to collect my vehicle good service from both the parties,but as I drove on the journey found some issues as the vehicle was pulling to the left,slight rattle on the passenger side and the vehicle shudder when braking so I called and reported it so thinking it like the other rental place I could take it to the nearest avis and change the vehicle but as I called bloemfontein branch they refuse to assist and referred me to go back to vereeniging as I couldn't. RA #*** that's the ref I think
