Bad service from Avis Rental for our Refund .

Via the insurance company , we hired a car at AVIS car rental Ormonde , that was on the 26th May 2021 return date was 7th July. We paid R2000 cash for the 11days , we returned the vehicle in the condition we got it and full tank as was one of the requirements. We were advised the account will be credited after 7 days of which they not specific , but we used common sense and counted 7 working days. Till today we have not being refunded.On the 17th June we drove to the branch to enquire we were told same evening will be refunded and its Thato that gave that promise . Morning of the 18th June we went back to Ormonde branch , the consultsnt contacted customer service and Caroline Lerapa told us the tranfer was done on the 14th of June and it takes 48hrs to clear but to my suprise we have went past 48hrs still to date 19th June no funds in our bank account.Caroline Lerapa is the one who confirmed payment and i requested proof of payment and she told the consultant she will request it from finance, till now still waiting. Im disgusted by the way weve been treated as we feel as we have taken for a ride by Avis, it was easy to collect our cash and to refund its now a story.
