Bad service from Avis Francis Baard Pretoria

I rented a car at Avis Francis Baard branch in Pretoria. They requested a deposit of R2000 cash as i didn't have a credit card. I returned the car on the 5th October and was told to wait for 7 days to get my deposit back. After 7 days i made a follow up telephonically and i went to branch but was told the refund is logged i should be receiving it within 3 to 5 working days. That period past, i made a follow up again was told the same thing, the claim is logged i should wait 3 to 5 days. From the 5th October till today nothing in my account.Im tired on following up and using my airtime to be told same thing.
